Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery on all items to the UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands) and Ireland Mainland. We use our own vans and team to ensure the safest possible delivery of your items. The free delivery option takes seven working days but for those of you who need your items in a rush, there's an express two-day delivery option.

If a customer accepts a time slot but fails to accept the delivery, this will incur an extra charge and a more convenient time will need to be arranged with the specialist furniture courier.

We also offer extra options such as delivery to the room of your choice within your home, and furniture assembly.

Delivery options:

Standard free delivery: This takes seven working days with items delivered kerb-side, to your door, or to your garage. A signature will be required.

Express delivery: For an additional fee which will be shown as an option at checkout ? The express delivery option is available on a 2 working day structure.

International delivery, Highland & Off Shore

ChicMyRoom offers international delivery through trusted third party couriers. All international shipments will be quoted individually. Email info@chicmyroom.com with your full shipping address and the relevant item details, we will come back to you with a quote within two working days.

Delivery is not available to the following postcodes:

HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, SY, TD, TR, PO, PL, LL, LD, G, FK, AB, DD, EX, FX

Returns Policy:

ChicMyRoom offers a 30-day, no quibble money back returns policy. If you're not happy with an item and wish to return it, please advise us within 14 days of receipt and return within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be posted via a fully insured and trackable service and the buyer is responsible for the return postage unless we have inaccurately described the item.

We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit so please make sure they are packaged correctly and are covered by the courier.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. A refund will be issued within five days of the item being returned.

Goods damaged in transit

While we take every effort to pack items to the highest of standards to keep them safe while they travel, occasionally breakages do happen. We're proud of our low damage rates but if a product does arrive in less-than-perfect condition, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will then arrange collection of the damaged goods and will get a replacement sent to you.

This only covers items delivered to the agreed address. If the items have been forwarded to another address by a party not affiliated with ChicMyRoom, we cannot accept responsibility.
